NOTES:
1. The above is a tentative program.
2. We are considering two 3/4-Star hotels which will be finalized once we have the actual number of participants.
3. You are advised to book the following flights as ground arrangement will start/end at Don Mueng Airport at the stipulated time. Ground arrangement for other flights will be on your own account.

4. Ground transport cost is for 5 full days even if you utilize lesser no of days. Seats are limited to the first 40 confirmed participants on a first-come-first-serve basis. Different cost may apply to late comers.

6. Kindly complete and submit the attached form by Sunday, 20 May 2018. We need early confirmation for booking purposes. Please also remit RM500 being deposit by same date and the full payment must be made before 10 June 2018. We will refund RM400 for any cancellation before 31 May 2018. No refunds for any cancellation after 31 May 2018.
