2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.

3. How to Initiate a Return

or via our returns portal to request a return authorization (RA) number.
Step 2: Once your request is processed and approved, you will receive an RA number along with return instructions.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all accessories and documents, and ship it back to us using the return shipping label provided.
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Timeframe: Please allow 7-14 business days for the processing of your refund after we have received the returned item(s). Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
5. Defective or Damaged Items

within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a return or exchange. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a return and a new purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
