3. Shipping Fees
We apply a flat-rate shipping fee for all physical products. Shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout prior to payment.

5. Order Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
- Tracking details can be viewed under your order if applicable.
- For virtual products, no tracking number will be issued.

7. Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels
In cases where a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for liaising directly with the courier for redelivery or collection where applicable. MCOBA will ensure that all items are handed over to the courier in a timely manner and will assist in facilitating communication if necessary.
